How to make a reservation request –
To make a reservation, a customer needs to enroll in The Music Man Reservation Club. This club issues you a unique reservation number to be used over and over, every time that you call the box office and make a reservation for one of The Music Man Nightly Cabarets or Theme Shows. A credit card (MasterCard, VISA, or Discover ONLY) is needed as well as a valid email address to enroll in the Reservation Club, and the following rules apply:

When making a reservation, it is AS IF you purchase a show ticket.  A credit card and email address are required to guarantee a reservation. Please note that your card will only be charged if your party does not arrive as scheduled. There are NO cancellations or switching to other days.  If there is room available for another checking-in time, a courtesy change will be made if there is at least one day before your reservation. Same-day reservation changes will be considered a cancelation.

If you do not attend your reservation, you can call The Music Man directly (732-854-2779) as a courtesy to us.  A $5 per person will be charged to the credit card on file if canceling, or there is a no-show for any person in that reservation. Our shoppe seating configuration prohibits groups larger than 16 people in a party.  Should your party have more than 16 people, two reservation club members need to reserve.  Tables of more than 16 people will not be seated together.

Private seating events require 100% paid in full when booking.

Your Music Man Reservation Club account is for services and can be terminated if you abuse your membership privileges. The Music Man can change its policy and procedures anytime and without notice.

Party Size

Does your party have any infants?

All people, INCLUDING children and infants, need to be included in your Party Size. Only those children in a car carrier in attendance will be waived from ordering, but still need to be in your Number of People in your Party count. Infant Ticket Policy. Children in high chairs will be subject to a $15 ticket or can order a dessert.

Cancelation policy, which states “any person” does include infants.

A $5 per person, including infants, charge will be charged to the credit card on file if canceling for any person in that reservation before 24 hours of the event. Cancelations within 24 hours of the event will incur a charge of $16 per person.

I understand that every person in my party must order ice cream or will be charged $16 for a Show Ticket that will be added to my table's bill. Infant Ticket Policy.

Ticket & Cancellation Policy

NO SHOWS or DECREASES IN PARTY SIZE will result in a $16 per person charge and a “Do Not Reserve” status placed on your account.

All parties can be separated to accommodate all guests. Parties larger than 16 may be seated at separate tables and cannot be guaranteed to be nearby.

🚫 Strollers are not permitted inside. A car-carrier box will be placed at your table.
