The In-Shoppe certificate can be valued up to $100. The gift certificate is a matching program. We offer non-profit organization the opportunity to purchase a gift certificate up to $50 The Music Man will match it that gift. ($25 = $50, $50 = $100)
A tax exempt organization will need to submitted Exempt Organization Certificate Form ST-5
