We appreciate your interest in The Music Man Singing Ice Cream Shoppe. We are proud to support non-profit organizations in our community. Because of your commitment to helping others, we do our best to fulfill your requests in a timely manner. Please be assured that once you submit your application, your request is in the system. All requests must be submitted online 30 days prior to the date required. We would like to respond favorably to all requests however the needs are far greater than our allocated resources. Therefore it is not possible for us to accommodate all requests.

At this time The Music Man is only providing matching gift.
Donations will be given in the form of an In-Shoppe certificate.
The In-Shoppe certificate is valued up to $50. The gift certificate is a matching program. We a non-profit organization purchases a gift certificate up to $25 The Music Man will match it that gift. ($25 = $50)

The Gift Certificate can only be used for Ice Cream and a Show.

• Gratuity is not included
• The requesting individual is not permitted to redeem the certificate.
• There is a one-year expiration date on the certificate.

Procedure for Donation Request:

• All requests must be submitted online.
• Submit requests 30 days prior to your fundraising event.
• In an effort to help as many people as possible, organizations and charities will be considered for only one item in a twelve-month timeframe.
• Due to the volume of requests we receive, please refrain from checking on the status of your request unless you have not received a response a week prior to your event.
• The Music Man are unable to honor any monetary support or baskets of any kind.
• Incomplete applications will not be processed.
• Approved Requests: The approved Donation will be mailed to the organization’s mailing address provided in the form.
• All donation decisions made by The Music Man are final and will be mailed according to the date of the event and/or date donation is needed.
• A tax exempt organization will need to submit a letter to confirm its tax-exempt status and to reflect a its name or address.  If approved a matching gifts will not be mail and can only be picked up at The Music Man in Lavallette.
