Newborn & Infant Ticket Policy – Ice Cream is your ticket to show. Everyone, including children, is expected to purchase a sundae. Only newborns & infants in a car carrier will be exempt from the $16 show fee. Our staff cannot determine a child’s age and will not ask how old a child is. This visual element, we believe, is a straightforward way to determine whether a child is of the age to attend our family event. If your child or anyone in your party does not order an item from our menu, they will incur a $16 show fee.

The cancellation policy, which states “any person,” includes newborns and infants.

A $5 per-person fee will be charged to the credit card on file if any person in the reservation cancels less than 24 hours before the event. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the event will incur a $16 per-person fee. NO SHOWS will result in a $22 per person charge and a DO NOT Reserve status placed on your account.
