After four Summers as a Singing Ice Cream Waiter, Steph is excited to be a part of TMM’s magic still but in a new and unique way as the Casting Director. Steph has a Bachelor of Music Performance in Voice from the University of South Carolina. She started at The Music Man in 2018 as a rising senior in college. Since then, Steph has gone on to sing, act, and voice act in a variety of projects from opera to television to podcasts. Being a small part of the casting process last year, she’s excited to find wonderful new cast mates this year to become part of the iconic and caring family that is the TMM cast.

Andrew Ferrie
Musical Director

Andrew Ferrie is beyond thrilled to serve as the Music Director for this upcoming summer season! He comes from just up the road in Point Pleasant, NJ. Andrew has been working as a performer for The Music Man since his first magical summer in 2018. In 2014 he earned a Bachelors of Science in Music Education, as well as, a Bachelors of Arts in Music Performance with a Concentration in Voice from Lebanon Valley College. Since graduating Andrew has gone on to teach elementary general music, direct 5th grade chorus, teach vocal and acting classes at the Spring Lake Community House, and was named Teacher of the Year. He coaches numerous color guards and maintains an active vocal studio. Andrew music directs, directs, and performs for the Spring Lake Theatre Company. He currently works for American Society of Composers Authors and Publishers (ASCAP). in New York, New York. Andrew can’t wait to teach, guide, and welcome this new cast to The Music Man family!

Elizabeth is so excited for another year of adventure at the Music Man! She is also proud to announce she will be taking on the role of Associate Director as well as performing! As a graduate of Kansas Wesleyan University, Liz Schaefer has served as a national collegiate forensic and debate judge. This winter, she helped launch The Music Man’s Podcast, The Best Summer Adventure, where she also serves as co-producer and host. Born and raised in Kansas, her talents have taken her across the country as she shares her passion for performing and working with aspiring performers of all ages. Liz loves her time on the Jersey shore and her wonderful Music Man family. She believes that the Music Man is such an amazing environment to grow as a young performing individual. Therefore, she is looking forward to what the 2023 cast has in store. As always, she would like to give a big thank you to her friends and family for their support in her journey of singing, scooping, and smiling through it all!

He grew up in Hopewell, NJ where he attended Hopewell Valley Central High School and participated in all of the plays and musicals during his time there. Elliot is currently a rising sophomore at Baldwin Wallace University majoring in Musical Theater. Emma Casertano is so beyond excited to be returning to The Music Man for her second season! Living at the Jersey Shore all her life she is a big fan of ice cream, the beach and everything Jersey! She currently attends Wagner College as a theater performance major and enjoys performing on the Main Stage but also choreographing for student run organizations, Stage One, and more! Jazmin Chacon

Jazmin is so thrilled to join the Music Man team this summer! She graduated from the American Musical and Dramatic Academy in Los Angeles with a BFA in musical theatre in 2017. Since graduating she has performed with theatres and theme parks around the country. Gillian Lintz

Gillian is a born and raised Hoosier, but is stoked to be joining The Music Man on the Jersey Shore this summer! She graduated from Anderson University in 2022 with a degree in musical theatre and has been working as a voice and theatre teacher in central Indiana since. Her favorite roles include Mary Poppins (“Mary Poppins”), Gertrude McFuzz (“Seussical”), and Mrs. Nolan (“The Medium”). When not singing, she can be found biking or writing. Rebecca Madeira couldn’t be happier to be back at The Music Man! Born and raised at the Jersey Shore, Rebecca is a performer, educator, and lover of mint chocolate chip ice cream. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Music from Rutgers University, and she teaches voice and theatre. Most recently, she was seen in Signature Theatre’s Sweeney Todd, and other favorite credits include Mabel in The Pirates of Penzance, Amalia in She Loves Me, and Hope in Anything Goes. The prodigal son-dae returns! Born and raised on the Jersey Shore, Matteo is no rookie when It comes to summertime fun. Ethan was born and raised in Salina Kansas. He started theatre when he was in high school and has loved it ever since! Ethan graduated from Kansas Wesleyan University where he studied music. While in college, Ethan directed and music directed youth productions and participated in children’s theatre (TYA). After Ethan graduated, he began to act and sing professionally. His professional credits include: Joseph and The Amazing Technicolored Dreamcoat, The Last Five Years, Godspell, and It’s a Wonderful Life. This is Ethan’s New Jersey debut and he is so excited to be performing for you!

When Alexis isn’t serving up scoops at the shore, she can be found planning her next Disney trip, or baking sweet treats for her friends and family. Favorite past performances include Frederic in The Pirates of Penzance, Anatoly Sergievsk in Chess, Emmett Forrest in Legally Blonde, and John Jasper in Drood! Andrew has been working at TMM since the summer of 2018 and hasn’t left since. TMM is a beautiful family friendly environment all thanks to the creation, dedication, and love of Aggie and Josephine. Three scoops aren’t enough, and neither are three summers at The Music Man! Originally from Scranton, PA, Jules has performed regionally and in NYC, and is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh. She most recently worked for The Hershey Company but nothing satisfies her sweet tooth like Jersey Shore ice cream and singing in stripes! Jules is so excited to be back and plans to move to NYC in the fall.

Stephanie is from Toms River, NJ and is grateful to once again be putting on the striped apron. A graduate of the American Musical and Dramatics Academy’s Integrated Conservatory in NYC who has never turned down a night of music & Pineapple Whip. Laura is originally from Florham Park, NJ, but now lives in NYC where she studies Drama at NYU's Tisch School of the Arts with a double major in Educational Theatre. Marissa is so excited to be serving up smiles and songs at The Music Man this summer! Born and raised at the Jersey Shore, Marissa is a performer, music director, and educator, who (of course) loves ice cream! Some of her favorite onstage credits include Mary Poppins (Mary Poppins), Belle (A Christmas Carol), Yonah (Children of Eden), and Kate Mullins (Titanic). When not onstage, Marissa can be found music directing, conducting, and playing keyboard for various shows throughout NYC, NJ, and PA. Marissa holds a Bachelor’s degree in Music Education from Westminster Choir College and is a proud member of Ring of Keys and Maestra Music. Matteo now lives a split life that of Batman.. taking on New York City during the day, and scooping ice cream at night!

Cassie Perednia

Cassie Perednia is thrilled to be back for a second helping of smiles and sundaes! She lives a hop, scoop, and a jump away in Brick, NJ. Her past shows include: Little Women, Pirates of Penzance, Sister Act, You're A Good Man, Charlie Brown, How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying, and Legally Blonde. She is active in Chorale, Opera Theater, and Jazz studies at Cairn University, where she is a senior music major. Although experienced in playing keyboard, guitar, and trumpet, she feels summer is particularly suited for her ukulele. "Uke" can judge for yourself when you come visit the Music Man this season!

Erin Foley

I’m so excited to be returning for a third summer here at the Music Man! They do say the third time is the charm! I am a rising junior at the University of Rhode Island studying wildlife and conservation biology. From just over the bridge in Toms River, I have always loved spending my summers at the shore. Even on my days off, you can definitely still find me hanging somewhere around Lavallette! I can’t wait to serve up more smiles all summer with this cast. I have always loved singing and dancing, so why not add some ice cream and make it so much more fun!

Mikayla Locke

Mikayla Locke is thrilled to be performing at The Music Man this summer! Originally from Milwaukee, WI, Mikayla is a student at Molloy/CAP21. Some of her favorite past credits include Little Women (Jo March), Guys and Dolls (Sarah Brown), and The Sound of Music (Liesl von Trapp). Amanda Malone

Amanda is thrilled to finally be home at the Jersey Shore! Currently a rising senior at Montclair State University, she studies English and is involved in a student-run theatre organization. After working four jobs this year, she’s excited to become exclusive with only one this summer. Amanda would like to thank Aggie and Josephine for believing in her when it felt like no one else did. She can’t wait to serve you ice-cream and serve you face while belting in yours!

Chelsea Moretz

Chelsea is a Jersey girl and grew up Brick, the next town over! She is currently a rising junior at Long Island University majoring in Musical Theatre. She has been singing since she could talk and is so excited to spend her entire summer singing on the Jersey Shore! Her favorite credits include 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee (Olive), You're A Good Man, Charlie Brown (Sally Brown), Hairspray (Brenda), and Grease (Sandy). She would like to thank her incredibly supportive family and friends as well as Josephine and Aggie for providing her the opportunity to do what she loves!

Kyle Pearson

Kyle is beyond excited to give laughs and smiles all summer long next to his amazing castmates! He lives in the hustle and bustle of New York City and is a rising Sophomore at Molloy College studying Theatre Arts in their program CAP21. An opportunity like this is once in a lifetime since singing and dancing are two of his favorite things; a third is eating! Especially ice cream. This is only his first summer here but the cast, Josephine, Aggie, and the shore have been so welcoming he wouldn’t want to spend the summer doing anything else. Hope to see you all there!

Cassie Perednia

Cassie is a rising junior at Cairn University majoring in music with a vocal concentration. She moved to Brick, NJ when she was 11 and has loved the shore ever since! Cassie enjoys taking walks, playing ukulele, and having random dance parties in her kitchen. She can't wait to show off her moves to someone besides her blender with her fellow cast members at the Music Man! She would like to thank God for being her constant companion, her family for supporting her "sweet" new endeavor, and Aggie and Josephine for giving her this opportunity!

Skip Stewart

Spencer “Skip” Stewart is so thankful to be serving up smiles in his first summer here at The Music Man. Skip originally comes from Pewee Valley, Kentucky but has been studying Musical Theatre at the Chicago College of Performing Arts for the last two years. He made his professional performance debut last year in the Encore Theatre’s production of West Side Story as Riff. Skip is excited to be doing what he loves in such a beautiful place with such beautiful people.

Karoline Thomas

Karoline Thomas is thrilled to be performing here at the Music Man this summer with such a wonderful cast! Originally from Houston, Texas, Karoline will be going into her senior year studying musical theatre at the Molloy College/CAP21 Conservatory in New York City. She recently originated the role of Mary Anne Nichols in Ripped and will be portraying Sister Amnesia in Nunsense in the fall. Past professional credits include Princess Anna in A Dream is a Wish Princess Concert, Judy Turner in A Chorus Line, and Audrey in Little Shop of Horrors at the Madison Theatre. Jordan Yabut

Guess who’s back?! Jordan is a New York-based actor originally from the small town of Pelham, New Hampshire. She is a graduate of the American Musical and Dramatics Academy from their integrated program. She has been dancing for 20 years majoring in tap, jazz, ballet, lyrical, contemporary, hip hop, pointe and musical theatre. Some of her favorite past credits include Legally Blonde (Pilar), Peter Pan ( Tigerlily), The Legend Of Pocahontas ( Pocahontas) and Hair (Tribe Member). Jordan is so excited to be back in stripes for the third time! She can’t wait to spread smiles to the good people of Lavallette all summer long!

Stephanie Langford

Stephanie is very excited to be back for Round 2 at the Music Man Singing Ice Cream Shoppe! She just graduated Cum Laude from the University of South Carolina with a degree in Music Performance and a minor in Hotel, Restaurant, and Tourism Management. Favorite past performances include: Les Miserables, Tarzan, Once on This Island, Gypsy, and Aaron Copland’s The Second Hurricane. Stephanie would like to thank her family and friends for all of their support, the cast for being so sweet, and Aggie and Josephine for letting her spend another summer filled with ice cream, beach days, and fun times as a part of the Music Man family. Garland Ray Dance Jr.

Garland is a New Jersey native that has been performing all over the world for the past decade. After sailing with Celebrity Cruises as a production cast vocalist for the past 3 years, he could not be happier being back home on the Jersey Shore, singing & dancing at the place where his whole journey began!

Joey Nelan

Every day feels like the best day ever here at The Music Man! Joey became a cast member in 2010. (You can find his headshot just above the restrooms sign in the back!) Nothing makes him feel as much joy as being here with his friends and loved ones making everyone smile! As a vegan, you can find him inhaling his weight in Pineapple Dole Whip when he's not singing! Joey can’t wait to show you all the treats—edible and audible—that we’ve “scooped up” this season!

Shaun Nerney

I originally joined The Music Man cast in 2013 and it's the family atmosphere from the cast and customers that keeps me coming back (plus our delicious strawberry ice cream)! Having attended Music Man College throughout my 4 years at James Madison University, my latest two projects have kept me away: Kinky Boots National Tour (Harry, Charlie U/S), and Male Vocalist aboard Royal Caribbean. But for the past three summers I've been thinking about my favorite place on the Jersey Shore from afar and now I couldn't be happier to say, "Long time, no sea!”

Claire Norden

Claire is beyond excited to be joining The Music Man! Coming from Philadelphia, she loves spending her summer on the shore almost as much as she loves singing! Claire grew up loving musical theater, going on the National Tour of Gypsy when she was ten and performing in various shows at the Walnut Street Theater. She is now a rising senior Drama Major at Vassar College, where she is president of her a cappella group and was Cinderella in Into the Woods. Juliana Pillets

One scoop isn’t enough, and neither is one summer at the Music Man! Originally from Scranton, PA, Juliana currently studies at the University of Pittsburgh & has performed regionally & in NYC. She is excited to be back working alongside such sweet singers.

Miranda Russo

Miranda is delighted to be spending her first summer with The Music Man family! Originally from Boston, Massachusetts, she has just completed her junior year at Rider University where she is studying to receive her BFA in Musical Theatre. Favorite past credits include Mary Poppins (Mary Poppins), The Music Man (Eulalie Mackecknie Shinn), and These Seven Sicknesses (New Nurse). On her days off, Miranda can be found working on her writing, photography, and FaceTiming her two sweet dogs. She would like to thank her family, friends, and professors for their unrelenting support, as well as Aggie and Josephine for this fantastic opportunity!

Jenny Liz Taylor is thrilled to be singing, dancing, and shouting for her favorite treat! After earning a BFA in Musical Theater at Syracuse University, she toured Asia and the US on the National Tour of Kinky Boots (Maggie, Lauren/Nicola U/S). She is loving spending post-tour on the Jersey Shore!

Cassie Bielmeier

Cassie is so thrilled to be spending a sunny summer at The Music Man, indulging in her two most prominent passions: performing and ice cream. She has just finished her freshman year at The Hartt School of Music, Theater, and Dance, as a musical theater major. Some of her favorite credits include Mary Poppins (Mary), Cinderella (Cinderella), and The Secret Garden (Lily). Some of her favorite ice cream flavors include strawberry, mocha, and cookies n' cream. When not singing, Cassie enjoys painting and is pursuing an art minor. She also enjoys reading, hiking, cooking, and petting animals. She would like to thank her family for their unconditional love and support, Aggie and Josephine for all they do, and artists everywhere for making our world special and fun!

Jamie Binegar

Jamie is thrilled to be singing in the summer cast of The Music Man Singing Ice Cream Shoppe! She comes all the way from Hamilton, Ohio, so she is excited to spend a few months on the shore! She was very active in her high school theater troupe, featuring in several productions, including A Midsummer Night’s Dream (Puck) and Pirates of Penzance (Modern Major General). She took a break from theater when she earned her Bachelor of Music in Church Music with a vocal emphasis from Lee University in 2013. Jamie returned to the stage as Dina in Schoolhouse Rock Live! in the summer of 2017. Recent credits include Beauty and the Beast (Ensemble), Children of Eden (Aphra), and Legally Blonde the Musical (Enid Hoopes). Jamie would like to thank Josephine and Aggie for the amazing opportunity, and cannot wait to sing, serve, and eat her weight in ice cream!

Dana Brown

Dana Brown, a Jersey girl herself, is so excited to be making her Music Man debut! She is a Senior Musical Theatre Major at The University of the Arts in Philadelphia. Some of her favorite credits include: Hunchback of Notre Dame (Madame), Anything Goes (Reno Sweeney) and 42nd Street (Dorothy Brock). Dana studies privately with Broadway’s Lindsay Mendez. She has studied at Actor Therapy, Broadway Artists Alliance, and Camp Broadway in NYC. Dana was nominated for the Laurie Beechman Scholarship Award at UArts. Bethel Elias

Bethel Elias is thrilled to be joining The Music Man for her first summer! Born and raised in Northern Virginia, Bethel can't wait to see what life's like on the Jersey shore. She will be entering her junior year as a Musical Theatre major at The Catholic University of America in Washington, DC. Some of her favorite shows that she has been in are The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee (Logainne Schwartzandgrubenierre), Seven Brides for Seven Brothers (Ruth), Spring Awakening (Martha), and Annie (Grace Farrell). Bethel most recently performed with Musical Theatre students from CUA at The Kennedy Center for a Bernstein @ 100 event this past February. Haley Fortune

Haley is so excited to be back singin’ and scoopin’ at The Music Man!! Haley is a recent graduate from Oklahoma City University with a BFA in Acting. Native to a little town outside St. Louis, Missouri called Marthasville, Haley currently resides in New York City. Over the last few years, Haley has enjoyed performing in many productions with the Six Flags St. Louis, Oklahoma Children’s Theatre, Oklahoma CityRep, and Centre of Creative Arts (COCA) STL. Brianna Graf

Brianna is a born-and-raised Jersey Girl originally from Flemington, NJ but has spent the last four years getting her BFA in Musical Theatre from Florida Southern College in Lakeland, FL. Some of her past roles include: Lina Lamont in Singin’ in the Rain, Octavius Caesar in Julius Caesar (female version), Gemini in A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum, and Ermengarde in The Matchmaker. Sophia Gialloreto

Sophia is thrilled to be spending her summer at The Music Man! She is a rising senior at The Boston Conservatory where she is earning her BFA in Musical Theatre. Although Sophia is currently based in Boston, she grew up in Pennsylvania and loved visiting the Jersey Shore every summer. Favorite credits include: LIZZIE (Alice), Sunday in the Park with George (Celeste) and Fiddler on the Roof (Chava). Stephanie Langford

When Stephanie heard about the Music Man Singing Ice Cream Shoppe, she knew that it was just MINT to be. She is a rising senior at the University of South Carolina studying Music Performance and Hotel, Restaurant, and Tourism Management. She is currently studying with Metropolitan Opera Veteran Janet Hopkins and is a member of the USC Concert Choir and Opera at USC. Throughout her life, she has performed in many theater productions in the greater Columbia, SC area and has received several awards and scholarships in regional vocal competitions. Stephanie would like to thank Aggie and Josephine for making this summer her flavorite, her family for believing she cone do it, and the cast for pudding up with her (and her puns).

Marissa Liotta

Marissa Liotta is incredibly excited to be spending her first summer with The Music Man! And as a Rhode Island native, she is also looking forward to spending time on the Jersey Shore for the first time. She is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Music in Musical Theatre at the Catholic University of America and will be entering her junior year in the Fall. Some of her favorite roles include Paulette (Legally Blonde), Jo (Little Women), Ariel (The Little Mermaid), and Lucy (You’re a Good Man Charlie Brown). Juliana Pillets

Juliana Pillets is honored to join the Music Man team! She currently studies Communication Science and Disorders at the University of Pittsburgh. Juliana has training in music and theatre from Pace University (NYC campus), Berklee College of Music, and the University of Michigan (M-Pulse). Some credits include performances at Feinstein’s/54 Below (NYC), The 45th Street Theatre (NYC), and Radio City Music Hall (NYC). She was also a company member at the Scranton Shakespeare Festival in their 2017 season. Chris Robertson

Chris is thrilled to be joining the 2018 summer cast at The Music Man! Chris has spent the past 2 years in Vero Beach, Florida as a Performance Apprentice at Riverside Theatre. He graduated in 2016 from Jacksonville University with a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree in Music Theater. Favorite past performances include Les Miserables, Sweeney Todd, Next to Normal, Parade, Into the Woods, Thoroughly Modern Millie, The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee and The Secret Garden. A total video game nerd, Chris recently built a gaming PC with his own two hands and is also attempting to teach himself French. Seth Wagner

Seth Wagner is so excited for his first season with The Music Man family! Seth is a recent Graduate of Miami University where he studied Voice Performance and Music Theater. There he was honored to play roles such as Henrick in A Little Night Music, Daniel Buchanan in Street Scene, and Melchior in Spring Awakening. Seth has also recently taken on the roles of Cain/Japheth in Children of Eden, and Emmett from Legally Blonde in the Greater Cincinnati Area. Seth couldn’t be happier to eat ice cream and sing show tunes all summer long!!

Sydney Weiser

Sydney Weiser is thrilled to join Music Man this summer! Originally from Connecticut, Sydney just completed her freshman year at Marymount Manhattan College, where she studies musical theatre and directing. This year, she assistant directed Frostbite, performed in Merrily We Roll Along at the National Dance Institute, and stage managed Where We're Born, interacting with all perspectives of theatre. Her favorite ice cream flavor is anything with chocolate and lots of peanut butter. Past credits include: Finian’s Rainbow (Sharon), The Addams Family (Wednesday), West Side Story (Maria), Les Miserables (Eponine), and Footloose (Rusty).

Samantha Alicandri is thrilled to be working with The Music Man this summer! After graduating with her BFA in Musical Theatre from Western Carolina University, she spent the past year as a Performance Apprentice at Riverside Theatre in Vero Beach, Florida. Annie Caltrider

Annie Caltrider is thrilled to spend her summer at The Music Man combining two special passions- performing and eating ice cream! Annie hails from Brattleboro, VT and recently graduated from Montclair State University, earning her BFA in Musical Theatre. Olivia Cinquepalmi

Olivia Cinquepalmi is beyond excited to be spending the summer at The Music Man! She is a very recent graduate from Oklahoma City University, where she earned a BFA in Acting and a minor in Children’s Theatre. She is originally from Plano, TX where she grew up performing on the stage from a very young age- four to be exact! Some of her favorite credits include Molly in Peter and the Starcatcher and Celia in As You Like It. She has also enjoyed performing with Oklahoma Children’s Theatre and Forever After Parties. Her favorite ice cream flavor is Rocky Road, and she cannot wait to serve up all the songs and sweets for you this summer! Danielle Flood

Danielle Flood was born and raised in Hamilton Township, NJ. Her love of the arts showed at a very young age; music was the only sure way to get her to stop crying as a baby. Following the dreams of her parents, she started playing tee ball when she was a little kid. But, after a couple of months of dancing around and picking dandelions in the outfield, they decided to listen to her request to take a dance class. Everything spiraled from there. One dance class quickly led to many more, as well as numerous voice and acting classes. Her first show was School House Rock Jr., in which she played a dancing planet. From that momentous role, onward, Danielle knew that there was nothing else that she'd rather to do in life. After high school, Danielle moved to New York, where she attended Hofstra University (grad. May 2017). She graduated with a dual degree in Drama and Dance and a Musical Theatre minor. In the little time in her life that is not filled with classes, rehearsals, or shows, Danielle enjoys being with friends and family, going to the beach, reading, painting, baking, and cake decorating.

Tara Folio

Tara is so excited to be spending her summer at the Music Man! She is a first time performer, but a long-time customer. Initially from Atlanta, Tara has recently moved to New York. Tara is a recent BFA Musical Theatre graduate from Auburn University. Recent Credits include “Assassins” (Squeaky Fromme), “All In” (Georgie), and “My Fair Lady” (U/S Eliza Doolittle). Sandra Gates

Sandra Gates is so excited to be working at The Music Man this summer! She will soon be graduating from the University of Alabama with a BA in Musical Theatre. Some of her previous credits include All Shook Up (Lorraine), A Chorus Line (Bebe), 42nd Street (Ensemble) and The Countess of Storyville (Ensemble), and High School Musical (Sharpay). Being from a big family, she feels so blessed to have the chance to perform a show that is fun for the whole family! When she’s not singing, odds are you’ll find her reading, writing, or baking! Brandon Kalusa is so pumped to be working at the Music Man this summer. He holds a B.A in Theatre from the University of Alabama. Though originally from Portland,OR Sarah is no stranger to the Jersey Shore and its dazzle as she met her Husband while they were performing at Surflight Theatre in LBI! For the last five years she and her husband have been touring around The States, Canada and Italy performing with The National Theatre for Children, American Family Theatre, and The Missoula Children's Theatre! Chris Shore

Chris is thrilled to be back for another summer schlepping ice cream and singing songs at the Shore. Favorite credits include Drood (Durdles), Urinetown (Bobby Strong), American Idiot (Favorite Son), les Mis (Grantaire), plaid Tidings (Frankie) and Sweeney Todd (Antony) to name a few. He's also enjoyed being a part of numerous workshops and presentations of Natalie Lovejoy's Deployed over the past five years. Chris can't wait to dive into a chubby checker with jersey shore ice cream and caramel sauce.

Ian Thomson

Ian is super pumped to be joining The Music Man cast this summer! Although recently he's been living in Florida, he is a Jersey Boy through and through. He is a graduate of Davidson College, BA Theatre. Most recent credits include: The Lost Colony, Sister Act, Hello, Dolly!, and Poodleful! Nicole Pietrangelo

Nicole is thrilled to be joining the 2017 cast of The Music Man! She recently graduated from Cap21 Conservatory’s musical theatre program in NYC. Previously, she received her vocal performance degree from the University of Alabama (roll tide!). Some favorite recent credits include Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat (Narrator), Spamalot (Lady of the Lake), The Drowsy Chaperone (Drowsy Chaperone), and Urinetown (Penelope Pennywise). She can’t wait to sing and eat ice cream all summer long!

Samantha Wagner

Samantha Wagner is ecstatic to be joining The Music Man cast this summer for the very first time! She has never been to the Jersey Shore prior to this and is eager to see what's in store. She has been in numerous productions with many different companies throughout northeastern Pennsylvania where she currently resides. Some of her favorite productions she was seen in include Beauty and The Beast, Mary Poppins, The Addams Family, Jesus Christ Super Star, and Once On This Island. She also completed the Disney College Program in 2015 as a performer in Walt Disney World. She is thankful to have the opportunity to perform with such a unique company and is looking forward to this ice-cream extravaganza!

Alli Angelou

Alli Angelou is very excited to be returning to The Music Man this summer! Alli has just graduated this May from Rowan University with a degree in Theatre Arts- Musical Theatre and a minor in dance. Some of Alli's favorite recent credits include Sweet Charity (Charity), NINE (Guido's Mother), and Who Will Carry the Word (Yvonne). Alli is from Middletown, NJ. Her favorite sundae is a chocolate Chubby Checker with mini m&ms! She is very excited to bop bee bop all summer!

Jacqui Cerutti

Jacqui is thrilled to be working at The Music Man for her first summer! She is no stranger to The Music Man though, as she still remembers coming here as a kid with her family on vacation. She is a Theater Performance major at Rider University. Some of her favorite show credits include "The Drowsy Chaperone" (Drowsy Chaperone), "The Music Man" (Eulalie Shinn), as well as being apart of the Papermill Playhouse Broadway Show Choir, and the onstage choir for The U.S Premiere of The Hunchback of Notre Dame. She would like to thank The Music Man for the exciting opportunity and is so excited to spend the summer doing what she loves.

Jacleen Ferraro

Jacleen is thrilled to be returning to the place she calls “the Second Happiest Place on Earth!" After spending eight amazing seasons at her home-away-from-home, participtaing in countless off-season cabarets, and creating so many wonderful friendships and connections, she can’t wait for all that her ninth season at The Music Man has to offer! Jacleen graduated from Montclair State University in 2014 with a B.A. in Theatre Studies and Musical Theatre. She would like to extend the deepest gratitude to Josephine and Aggie for their constant support and love, for always believing in her, and for giving her a job eight years ago that would change her life forever. After what is sure to be another amazing summer at this place of ice cream and shows, Jacleen hopes to find herself living out her dreams of performing/working at Disney World, the "Happiest Place on Earth," come September! Until then, she will keep dreaming over a delicious Music Man Dole Whip!

Katherine Hebert

Katherine Hebert is thrilled to be working at The Music Man for the first time Katherine is a sophomore musical theatre student at Montclair State University. Her previous credits include Sing For Your Supper, Carrie the Musical (Carrie), Women on the Verge of a Nervous Breakdown, #Revolution (Faith), 9 to 5 (Kathy). In past summers Katherine has worked as a princess at Kellie’s Characters in Mandeville, Louisiana. When not performing you can find Katherine reading, journaling and eating large quantities of chocolate ice cream. She’d like to thank her family for always being loving and Aggie and Josephine for this amazing opportunity.

Sammi Kuehnlein

Sammi is very excited to be returning to the shore for her second summer with The Music Man! She is an upcoming senior BFA Acting major at Oklahoma City University but calls Saint Louis, Missouri home. Her favorite credits include productions at The Muny Saint Louis and Variety Children's Theater. This summer she is determined to making the "Sammi Special" a secret menu item which includes a freshly baked brownie, the incredible creamy peanut butter ice cream, drizzled with hot fudge on top. An extra thank you to Aggie and Josephine for allowing another summer of sun and smiles!

McKenzie Kupres

McKenzie is absolutely thrilled to join The Music Man cast for the first time this summer! She is a rising junior majoring in Arts Administration at Wagner College in NYC .This past semester she made her directorial debut with Almost, Maine and her favorite performance credits include Hair, The Phantom of the Opera, Rocky Horror Picture Show, and The Imaginary Invalid. She is so excited to spend this summer doing what she loves (singing and making people smile) at a place that she loves (the beach). April Lillard

April is very excited for her first summer at The Music Man! She is currently studying Theater Performance at Wagner College in Staten Island and has most recently performed in The Dance Project 2016 as well as Almost Maine! She is from Broomall PA, and is no stranger to the shore. She can not wait to spend her days in the sand and nights singing and serving ice cream! Her favorite flavor is Strawberry!

Laura Mullaney

Laura Mullaney is so excited to be working at The Music Man for the first time this summer! She is a rising senior at Muhlenberg College where she is a Theatre Major. Previous credits include Titus Andronicus (Shakespeare Theatre of NJ Apprentice Company), Overtones (Muhlenberg College), and Hair (Chester Theatre Group). Laura also spent last semester studying Physical Theatre at the Accademia Dell'Arte in Arezzo, Italy. Singing, the beach, and ice cream are arguably her three favorite things and she can't wait for a summer filled with all three! She would like to thank Aggie and Josephine for this incredible opportunity, as well as her supportive family.

Shaun Nerney

It looks like the trilogy is now getting a fourth installment as Shaun Nerney will be returning to Lavallette to reprise his role as your “Crazy-Neighborhood-Ice Cream-Waiter.” Having just graduated from James Madison University as a Musical Theatre Major in May, what a better way to propel himself into reality by starting to pay off student loans serving up some ice cream? Some of Shaun’s favorite credits include: The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee (Chip), All Shook Up (Dean), Sweet Charity (Oscar) and Avenue Q (Princeton). A very special thank you to Aggie and Josephine for this opportunity, his incredible girlfriend Mary for constantly making him smile, and his loving parents and brother for always being so supportive! Shaun will try his hardest to guarantee that the summer sun won’t melt the ice cream of the shore’s best customers but if it looks like he is the one melting in the process, to quote Olaf, “Some people are worth melting for.”

Lyndsi Skewes

Lyndsi is thrilled to be relocating to New Jersey this summer to join the cast of The Music Man. Lyndsi has recently graduated from Marymount Manhattan College with a degree in Musical Theatre. Lyndsi was last seen in her college's mainstage productions of Dracula the Musical and Tartuffe. As a New York City based-actor Lyndsi has performed at legendary concert venues such as 54 Below, Don't Tell Mama, and The Metropolitan Room. In addition, she has also worked professionally performing theatre for children. A self-proclaimed "ice cream expert," Lyndsi was previously the assistant manager at "Emack and Bolio's" ice cream shop and received critical acclaim. She's excited to combine her love for theater and ice cream during her first summer as a Music Man cast member. Alli Angelou

Alli Angelou is SO EXCITED to be with the Music Man for the first time this summer! Alli is a Musical Theatre student at Rowan University, and will be completing her undergrad in May of 2016! Most recently, she was seen as Charity in “Sweet Charity” at Rowan, and some other credits include “Red Noses,” “Orpheus in the Underworld,” “Who Will Carry the Word?,” and “Bye Bye Birdie.” Alli is from Middletown, NJ. She can’t wait to have a summer filled with performing and ICE CREAM.

Kelly Appelmann

Kelly Appelmann is thrilled to be back for another summer of ice cream and fun after spending last summer at the Show Place presented by the Music Man! She is a native of Boonton, New Jersey and currently attends Rowan University, where she studies Musical Theatre and Public Relations. She has most recently been seen dancing in Rowan University’s Choreography Showcase Verses. Other credits include: Les Miserables, Fame, Godspell and The New World: A Cabaret. She has also been trained vocally and in various dance styles. Kelly loves Birthday Cake ice cream and hopes a visit to The Music Man is the cherry on top of your summer!

Danielle Cohen

Danielle is thrilled to return to The Music Man! She has just finished her second year at Point Park University’s Conservatory of Performing Arts where she is a B.F.A. Musical Theatre Major. Danielle started performing at the age of six with the Hurrah Players in Virginia. Favorite credits include: Dog Sees God (CB’s Sister), Kiss Me, Kate (Dance Captain), Joseph…Dreamcoat (National Touring Company), and Whistle Down the Wind (National Touring Company). Clarise Fearn

Clarise Fearn is very excited to be joining the cast this summer! She is heading into her final year at Ithaca College studying Musical Theater, and is delighted to be a part of the music man family for a summer of belting and ice cream! Favorite credits include Into the Woods (as cinderella) with Flynn Arts, and The 25th annual Putnam county Spelling Bee (Rona) with her dear friend Rebecca Skowron with Melodramatics. In past summers Clarise has been working hard developing her own summer theater camp, Island Drama, in her homeland of Vermont. When not on stage you can find her journalling on the beach or talking to strangers in cafes. Her favorite ice cream is pistachio.

Jacleen Ferraro

Jacleen is super-excited to be returning to The Music Man for her eighth season, and is even more excited that she will be a part of the cast for her fifth season! Jacleen recently graduated from Montclair State University with a B.A. in Theatre Studies/Musical Theatre. She had such a wonderful time performing this past winter in the off-season Music Man shows, but is definitely ready for the warmer weather and summer audiences! Brian Kalinowski

Brian is very excited to return this year as the General Manager and Emcee at Medley’s on the Seaside Boardwalk, after having the pleasure of running “The Music Man presents The Show Place” last summer! Brian is a longtime member of The Music Man family, starting with his first summer in 2004 after graduating from DeSales University with a B/A in Acting and Directing. He has done several Music Man seasons since then, and has been pursuing his career in musical theatre; including playing the role of Edna Turnblad in “Hairspray” for Royal Caribbean’s Oasis of the Seas. Chris Shore

Chris is thrilled to be back home at the shore for another summer of singing and sundaes. While this is only his second summer in stripes, he spent four summers behind the scenes, scooping sundaes and honing his craft of making the perfect homemade whipped cream. Credits outside the shoppe include “West Side Story,” “Reefer Madness,” “South Pacific,” “42nd Street,” “Les Miserables,” “Forever Plaid: Plaid Tidings,” and touring the country as the Tin Man in “Wizard of Oz.” For the past two years, Chris has also been seen in several showings of “Deployed: A New Musical” by Natalie Lovejoy, including a recent funded reading this past spring. His favorite sundae is the Chubby Checker (Wicked Waffle?) with scoops of Peanut Butter and Cookie Dough ice cream, so guard your plate if you’ve ordered one!

Rebecca Skowron

Rebecca is thrilled to be working with the Music Man for her first summer!!! Rebecca, hailing from Westfield, NJ, is going to be a senior B.F.A. Musical Theatre major this fall at Ithaca College. Past credits include Little Red Ridinghood in Ithaca College’s Into the Woods and Olive Ostrovsky in Melodramatics Theatre Company’s The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee (with the amazing Clarise Fearn!) Rebecca loves performing, but it should also be noted that she is quite an enthusiastic supporter of birthday cake ice cream.

Lily Warner

Lily is super excited to be on The Shore for her first summer with The Music Man. Although she is from Jensen Beach, FL, New Jersey is no stranger to her. Lily’s mom and dad were both born and raised on The Shore, and she has spent many vacations here visiting her family. She is very happy to share her passion of performing in such a special place. Lily just finished her freshman year at James Madison University pursing a BA in Theatre. In the spring, she performed in their production of Shipwrecked. Lily has also been seen in productions of The Wizard of Oz, Cinderella, Annie, and 1940’s Radio Hour, where she was able to showcase her tap dancing. Lily looks forward to the plethora of cookies and cream ice cream she will endure. Lily could not think of a more suiting place to be spending her summer. Ally is thrilled to be spending her first summer here at the Music Man! Becca Edmunds is no stranger to The Music Man as an audience member, but this time she's following in her big sister Rachel's footsteps as a part of The Music Man cast!! A native of Erie, PA, Becca graduated with her BFA in Musical Theatre from SUNY Fredonia in 2012, and recently moved to New York City to pursue her career. Favorite credits include Les Miserables (Cosette), Grease (Sandy), and Guys and Dolls (Sarah Brown). She is looking forward to an amazing summer with this wonderful cast, and is excited after a long hiatus, to have her all-time favorite sundae, The Doughboy!

Elsa Scott is very excited to be combining her two favorite things - music and ice cream - and joining the cast of The Music Man this summer! Elsa is a recent graduate of the Musical Theatre BFA program at Missouri State University, and has performed with equity and regional companies all over the country. Conor is incredibly excited to be spending his first summer ever on the Jersey Shore and with The Music Man! Garland is back. BACK AGAIN, and thrilled for another summer at the Music Man! He is a Jazz Studies major with a Musical Theatre minor at Montclair State University. He has has made appearances in shows such as Aida, Thoroughly Modern Millie, The Wiz, and many others. He has also had the privilege to perform with various ensembles that include The RockNRoll Chorus, Montclair State's University Singers, and performed at the NYC Jazz Festival at Lincoln Center with Vocamotion (MSU Jazz Ensemble). He can't wait to sing, dance and scoop up all the memories this summer has to offer!

Samantha is so excited to join The Music Man team and sing about ice cream all summer! Samantha is a Philadelphia native and is no stranger to the Jersey Shore. After graduating with a BFA from Point Park University's Conservatory of Performing Arts, she moved back home to begin her career. While singing has been his focus, he has made appearances in shows such as Aida, Cheaper by the Dozen, Seussical the Musical, Lend Me a Tenor, Thoroughly Modern Millie, The Wiz, and others. He can't wait to sing, dance, and make everyone smile! And he especially can't wait to get his hands on a mint chocolate chip ice cream sundae!

Matthew Liotine

Matthew Aaron Liotine cannot wait to share his love for performing and ice cream at the Music Man this summer. As a native New Yorker, Matt will be entering his sophomore year in the BFA Musical Theatre program at Montclair State University. His favorite credits include A Chorus Line (Bobby), Once Upon A Mattress (The Jester) and Hairspray (Fender). Matt also has guest appeared in a show for the upcoming company, Kymera Dance. The key to this leading mans heart is cake batter ice cream with the perfect amount of caramel drizzle.

Kerri McNiell

Kerri is delighted to be apart of The Music Man cast this season. Kerri was recently seen walking down "the yellow brick road" as Dorothy Gale in "The Wizard of Oz" National Tour. Amanda Phillips, a Jersey girl born and raised, is thrilled to be making her debut at The Music Man Ice Cream Shoppe this season! She just graduated this year from The Catholic University of America in Washington, D.C. with a Bachelor of Music in Musical Theater. She is also a graduate of FPAC, Howell High School's Fine and Performing Arts Program, where she studied Acting. Favorite credits include, Dorothy, in "The Wizard of Oz", Betty Buckley, in "Elegies: A Song Cycle" by William Finn, Texas/Two Ladies in the Benjamin T. Rome School of Music's production of "Cabaret", the whimsical Pan in "Batboy", as well as a Dynamite in Phoenix Theater Company's 2011 production of "Hairspray". Being that her weakness is ice cream and music, she cannot wait to perform your favorite songs and serve your favorite ice cream to you this summer!

Andrew Swackhamer

Andrew Swackhamer is ecstatic to be eating only ice cream this summer to celebrate The Music Man's 10th Season! He can't wait to see his old friends and invites the new friends to hurry up! Some of Andrew's Bucket List entries include breaking a world record, winning an award for Best Supporting Actor, to live in Ireland for 5 years, write 3 number one hits, and work on the creative team for inventing new board/card games. He enjoys Broadway, has done 24 musicals in his lifetime, and can't wait to be in NYC to start making dreams realities!

Christian Berry

Christian is so excited to be a part of The Music Man for the first time this summer. Originally from Georgia, Christian will be entering his sophomore year in the BFA Musical Theatre program at Montclair State University. His favorite credits include Joseph….Dreamcoat (Joseph), Once Upon A Mattress (Prince Dauntless), Thoroughly Modern Millie (Jimmy Smith), Seussical (Wickersham), and Sweet Charity. Give him a root beer float or rainbow sherbert with gummi bears on top and you will win his heart.

Jacleen Ferraro

Jacleen is beyond excited to be returning to The Music Man for her fourth season, and is even more excited that she gets to be a part of the amazing cast this time around! Next year, she will continue studying Music Therapy and Musical Theatre as a junior at Montclair State University. Her all-time favorite role was playing The Yellow Brick Road in “The Wiz.” She loves being back at the beach where she grew up, and can’t wait to dive into a delicious Cookies ‘N Dream sundae!

Andrew Pace

Andrew Pace is extremely excited to be a part of The Music Man where he can eat as much Mint Chocolate Chip ice cream as he wants! This fall he will be a Sophomore BFA Musical Theater Major at Montclair State University. His performance credits include Sweeney Todd, Urinetown, Tattoo Girl, Hair, Les Miserables, Children of Eden, Beauty and the Beast and others. He would like to thank his family and friends who have helped him so much through everything especially his Mom who is the reason why he is where he is today.

Colleen Maurer

This is Colleen’s first season with The Music Man and she couldn’t be more excited. She will be a junior acting major at Point Park University in the fall. Her favorite roles include Cinderella (Cinderella) and Rusty (Footloose). She would like to thank her family and friends for all their support. And most importantly for introducing her to the best ice cream in the world, Coffee!

Teresa Morrison

Teresa Morrison is an upcoming senior BFA musical theater major at Montclair State University. Originally from north jersey, she is so excited to spend her entire summer at the Jersey shore! Some of her favorite roles include Miss Adelaide in Guys and Dolls and Audrey in Little Shop of Horrors. It was a tough decision, but Teresa is obsessed with cake batter ice cream mixed with chunks of cookie dough and rainbow sprinkles!<

Kristina Nieskens

Kristina Nieskens attends Montclair State University where she is an upcoming junior BFA Musical Theatre Major. She is originally from Milltown, NJ and is ridiculously excited to be spending her summer at The Music Man!! Her favorite role still stands as Belle in Beauty and the Beast and her favorite ice cream will forever be chocolate chip cookie dough.

Amy Hesslein

Amy is delighted to be joining the talented cast of The Music Man! She is going into her third year at Case Western Reserve University as a Management major with minors in Music, Theater, and Dance. Favorite credits include Sweeney Todd (Johanna), West Side Story (Maria), and Les Miserables (Cosette). Amy has lived in New Jersey, New Hampshire, and Texas, and is happy to be spending her summer in one of the places she loves most. Amy really enjoys pumpkin flavored ice cream. Is that weird?

Angelo Palma

Angelo is so excited to be returning to The Music Man this summer! A New Jersey native, Angelo is graduating from Montclair State University this May with a BFA in Musical Theatre, and is both scared and excited about going out into the real world. His favorite credits include Bye Bye Birdie (Albert Peterson), Once on This Island (Papa Ge), Beauty and the Beast (Baker), Crazy for You (Billy), and Side Show. Vanilla Yogurt topped with peanut butter sauce, banana wheels, and whipped cream is all it takes to keep him happy.

Joey Nelan

Joseph is so thrilled to be down at The Music Man! A current student at Middlesex County College, Joseph has been performing throughout NJ for years. Favorite roles include Mark Cohen (RENT), Edgar (Bat Boy), Simon (Jesus Christ Superstar), and Enjolras in the NJ community theater premiere of Les Miserables. When he isn’t on a diet, his favorite ice cream is most definitely chocolate.

Katie Sexton

Katie is going into her senior year at Point Park University as a BFA Musical Theater Major. This is her second summer at the Music Man and is so thrilled to be back. Katie is from New Hampshire and some of her favorite credits include : The Light in the Piazza (Margaret Johnson), The Wild Party (Queenie), and Into the Woods (Rapunzel). Her favorite Disney movie is Aladdin, but her favorite princess is Cinderella. Her idea of a fairy tale would be endless amounts of cake batter ice cream at her disposel.

Amy Van Norstrand

Amy Van Norstrand is currently a sophomore Musical Theatre major and Dance minor at Point Park University in Pittsburgh, PA. She originally hails from Hyde Park, New York and could not be more thrilled to join the cast of the Music Man this summer! Favorite credits include Thoroughlly Modern Millie (Millie), Into the Woods (Little Red), and Annie Get Your Gun (Annie Oakley). Amy was last seen in the Point Park Conservatory’s production of The Light in the Piazza with two of her fellow Music Man cast members! Anything having to do with chocolate is Amy’s first choice.

Pleasant, recently graduated from Shenandoah Conservatory with a BFA in Musical Theatre and now lives in NYC. Some of her favorite roles include Louise (Gypsy), Adelaide (Guys and Dolls), Cathy (Last Five Years) and Tess (Crazy for You). Kait can not wait to be reunited with her one true love, the Cracker Jack Sundae!!!!

Hannah Dubner

Hannah Dubner is super excited to be joining the Music Man family this summer! Originally from Easton Connecticut, Hannah is a Musical Theatre major at Ithaca College where she will return to be a sophomore in the fall. Some favorite shows include Funny Girl (Fanny), Urinetown (Ms. Pennywise), and Beauty and the Beast (Belle). A scoop of banana ice cream with some hot fudge is sure to make her heart skip a beat!

Rachel Edmunds

Rachel, a graduated with a BFA in Musical Theatre from Point Park University, is super excited to be back at The Music Man this summer! A native of Erie, PA, Rachel now resides in the big and bustling New York City with her roommate Kait Williams (Sound familiar). Previous roles include Ariel Moore (Footloose), Jane Eyre (Blanche Ingram), Guys and Dolls (Sarah Brown), and Grease (Sandy). Rachel’s favorite here at The Music Man is a classic…the all-time favorite, Doughboy.

Ashley Laverty

Ashley is thrilled to be joining the Music Man for her first summer on the Jersey shore! Originally from central Massachusetts, she recently graduated from Point Park University’s musical theater program and has performed in shows like Top Girls (Angie/Dull Gret), Little Shop of Horrors (Audrey) and The Seventeeth of June (Kat) Ashley is most looking forward to trying out the Doughboy!

Rachel, a soon-to-be junior at DeSales University, is eager to jump on board with the cast of The Music Man for the first time this summer! She is majoring in musical theatre in good ol’ Center Valley Pennsylvania but is excited for her summer getaway at the Jersey shore. Some of her favorite past roles include Chiffon (Little Shop of Horrors), Belle (Beauty and the Beast) and Cosette (Les Miserable). She’s looking forward to a summer filled with fun in the sun and of course ice cream! She imagines “The Rip Roarin’ Sundae” and herself will become fast friends!

Brain Kalinowski

Brain Kalinowski is back for his fifth summer!!!! Aside from being a part of the summer cast, Brian has also taken part in the new and growing Music Man Theatricals, directing “Love Letters,” “They’re Playing Our Song” as well as directing and performing in “In Time.” Before The Music Man, Brian has been seen in productions such as “West Side Story,” “Carousel,” “The Memorandum,” “Bye, Bye, Birdie,” and “Good News.” Brian is a native of Wilmington, DE, has a BA in Acting and Directing from DeSales University, and currently lives in Manhattan. His favorite sundae is the All American Apple with Peanut Butter Ice Cream that will get him into the shoppe even on his nights off!

Lauren Muraczewski

Lauren is so ecstatic to come back to The Music Man for her third season, but is even more thrilled that it will be her first as a cast member. Lauren is a local Ocean County College Student with hopes of attending the University of Southern California within the next year for Broadcast Journalism. She was born and raised in Toms River, New Jersey where she got involved in local Community Theater productions. Some of Lauren’s leading roles have included Annie(Annie) and Kathy Cratchit(Scrooge).Lauren’s favorite Music Man Sundae is the Smore’s Magic Carpet because it is just so amazingly delightful.

Erin Regan

Erin Regan is returning for her second summer at the Music Man!!! Since last year, Erin has performed at Shenandoah Conservatory in “Cabaret”, the concert version of “Bright Lights, Big City”, “The Twelve Dancing Princesses”, and more! After a busy school year, she can’t wait to get the summer going with princess tea parties, children’s story times, night-time cabarets, the beach, and the Chubby Checker sundae with banana ice cream on top! Life is good and ice cream is even better.

Melanie Segal

Singing, ice cream, and princess tea parties–who could ask for anything more?! Melanie is thrilled to be making her “Music Man” debut this summer! She will soon be entering her junior year as a drama major at New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts. Favorite roles of the past and present include Alice in Alice in Wonderland, Dorothy in The Wizard of Oz, Helen in Once in a Lifetime, and the Quartet Soprano in City of Angels. She suspects the Rip’ Roarin’ Sundae will become a fast favorite!

Calvin Thronton

Calvin is elated to be back for his third summer at the Jersey shore. Calvin grew up in Brick Town, New Jersey and just graduated from DeSales University where he received a BA in acting. Some of Calvin’s favorite roles include Prince Lewellen in the Children’s Comedy “Rapunzel”, the Delivery Boy in “A Streetcar Named Desire” and Snoopy in “You’re a Good Man Charlie Brown”. Calvin is no stranger to any of the sundaes the Music Man has to offer but what really gets him singing is that rich, moist Rip Roarin’ Sundae!

Brian is a graduate of DeSales University and currently resides in New York City and has been taping a reality show with his wonderful friends, “The Crazies.” A native of Wilmington, DE has been acting and singing since the since the age of 12. He has been seen in many productions including West Side Story (Doc), Memorandum (Stroll), Carousel (Boscombe), and Hello Dolly! (Rudy). Favorite ice cream…three scoops of CCD (Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough top with hot caramel, whipped cream, cherry and rainbow jimmies.

Carolyn Kimmel

Carolyn is jubilated to be returning to The Music Man Singing Ice Cream Shoppe for her fourth summer! She was most recently a part of the Music Man Theatricals production of In Time. In her native New York, Carolyn has been seen in Reefer Madness (Placard Girl), Down to Earth (lead vocalist), Hair (Dionne), The Shape of Things (Evelyn), The Music Man, and Swing! (lead vocalist) for which she received an Irene Ryan nomination. Carolyn graduated Cum Laude with a BA in Theatre Performance from Wagner College. The perfect balance of coffee and chocolate makes the Chocolate Cow shake Carolyn’s (current) favorite Music Man offering!

Olivia Petzy

Olivia Petzy is thrilled to be back at the shore for her second summer at the Music Man! She is a senior musical theatre major at Point Park University in Pittsburgh. Born and raised outside of Boston, Olivia is determined to make you laugh– a lot! Her favorite roles and past productions include Princess Winifred in “Once Upon a Mattress,” the Bakers Wife in “Into The Woods,” and “Ragtime” directed by Tony-winner Michael Rupert. Olivia will eat ice cream of any kind, but admits to having the occasional raspberry freeze for breakfast– hold the whipped cream though!.

Erin Regan

Erin Regan is the newbie to “The Music Man” this year and she could not be more excited to be working at such a sweet summer spot! As an upcoming junior at Shenandoah Conservatory in Virginia, Erin studies musical theatre and all that goes along with it. Some of her favorite past roles include Serena in “FAME” and Lina LaMont in “Singin’ in the Rain”. Her passion is performing and her love spreads further to God, family, friends, and that delightful “Crackerjack” sundae!

Jenna Bracciale

Jenna Bracciale is a delight that you will fall in love with. She is a performer that lights up the room without singing or saying a word. Nevertheless, you do want to hear sing. That right combination of Polly from Crazy for You and Lola for Damn Yankees. A theatre major at NYU, Jenna, raised in Massachusetts, is thrilled to be spending her summer on the Jersey Shore. The All American Apple with hot caramel and homemade whipped cream is Jenna's favorite.

Rachel Edmunds

Rachel Edmunds a native of Erie PA is going to WOW the Jersey Shore. A sophomore at Point Park Conservatory in musical theatre, Rachel commits to make you smile. Past roles that she admits are her favorite are Sarah Brown in "Guys and Dolls," Sandy in "Grease," and Miss Daisy in "Snake Eye Sam's Saloon Showdown" (we didn't know it either). Her favorite ice cream? Hmmm, she says, Vanillia, no Chocolate, wait...Banana.

Carolyn Kimmel, a native of Nanuet, NY, is elated to be back for a third summer at The Music Man Singing Ice Cream Shoppe. She recently graduated as a Musical Theatre major from Wagner College where she appeared in The Music Man, Swing! (for which she received an Irene Ryan nomination), The Shape of Things (Evelyn) and Hair (Dionne). While she will always be satisfied with the standard vanilla ice cream, her time at the Music Man has transformed her into a Lime Ricky fan.

Olivia Jayne Petzy

Olivia Jayne Petzy is a sophomore and musical theatre major at Point Park Conservatory in Pittsburgh, PA. Born and raised outside of Boston, she is someone you will remember in years to come. Excited to spending a summer on the Jersey shore, Olivia brings The Music Man a positive energy as well as a powerful voice. Her favorite roles include Princess Winifred in "Once Upon a Mattress," Side by Side by Sondheim, but most of all the Bakers Wife in Sondheim's "Into The Wood." Her favorite ice cream is Cookies N Cream, which is now on The Music Man's permanent menu.

Brian "Calvin" Thornton

"Calvin" is back!! Brian "Calvin" Thornton, a native of Brick, NJ, is currently attending DeSales University, as a Theatre major. Where all the cool people call him Calvin. He was recently seen in DSU's production of Cabaret. Other favorite productions include: You're A Good Man Charlie Brown (Snoopy), Pajama Game (Hines), She Loves Me (Sipos), Home Free (Lawrence), and Cryptograms (John). Kait Williams

Kait Williams is a example of great talent in our own backyard. The first (and hopefully not the last) Point Pleasant native to join The Music Man cast. Kait joined the cast at the end of 2005 as our audiences were saying goodbye. However her impact was one of sheer perfection. A music major at Shenandoah Conservatory in Virginia, Kait is happy to be spending the summer on the her own Jersey Shore. She says... try the new shake on the menu the All Shook Up...a blend of Peanut Butter and Banana ice cream in a tall handsome glass.

Patti DeMatteo

Patti is absolutely thrilled to spend her summer performing at the Music Man. A Jersey native, she has just finished her sophomore year as a Theater Education major at DeSales University. At DeSales, she has appeared in student-directed productions of Proof (Catherine), Othello (Emilia), Postcards (Isabel), and The Tempest (Miranda). Besides that, you can often find her working in the box office. Back in Jersey, she has been seen in Jesus Christ Superstar, Bye Bye Birdie (Penelope Ann), My Favorite Year (K.C.), Annie (Lily St. Regis), and Anne of Green Gables (Anne). Her favorite ice cream is chocolate chip cookie dough.

Carolyn Kimmel, a member of the 2003 cast, is thrilled to be returning to The Music Man Singing Ice Cream Shoppe. A native of Nanuet, NY, she studies Musical Theatre at Wagner College on Staten Island, where she was recently seen in The Music Man and Swing! for which she received an Irene Ryan Nomination. It may not be fancy, but she'll never turn down a sundae of vanilla ice cream and rainbow sprinkles.

Katherine Mesa

Katherine Mesa is a recent graduate of the American Musical and Dramatic Academy in NYC. She is a Jersey local from the town of Sayreville. She has performed in shows such as Fiddler on the Roof, Joseph, Crazy for You, The Pajama Game, and many others. She is excited to be part of this summer staff and be able to eat her favorite ice cream all summer long , which is peanut butter with lots of hot fudge.

Ali Reed

Ali is a returning cast member from our 2004 season. Recently she had the unique privileged of working on a new musical, The Girl On The Go, in Pittsburgh, PA. Ali is a student at Point Park University majoring in Musical Theatre and is excited to be at the beach once again this summer. When she's not singing or hanging out with the cast, Ali now loves the Crackerjack Sundae.

Sara Vize is a sophomore musical theatre major at Point Park Conservatory in Pittsburgh, PA. She is a native of Louisville, KY and is excited for her first summer at The Music Man. Her favorite roles include Cathy in "The Last Five Years," Fiona in "Brigadoon" and Mabel in "The Most Fabulous Story Ever Told." She was most recently seen in "First Lady Suite" at the Pittsburgh Playhouse. Her favorite ice cream is chocolate chip cookie dough with hot fudge and caramel.

Doug Chitel

Doug Chitel, a northern New Jersey native, is proud to have offered his ice cream "schlepping" expertise & sarcasm with the original cast of what is sure to become the Jersey Shore's next big summer institution. Lavallette can now officially be added to the long list of N.J. landmarks in which he has performed. Doug currently lives and works in New York City. Call him traditional because his favorite is a Hot Fudge sundae with vanilla ice cream.

Natalie Dickinson

Natalie Dickinson recently graduated from DeSales University with a BA in Theatre. When she is not singing at The Music Man, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends in Perkasie, PA. In the fall she intends to move to Philadelphia. Peanut Butter is Natalie's favorite ice cream.

Brian Kalinowski

Brian, a native of Wilmington, DE and a graduate of DeSales University with a in Theatre: Acting/Directing has been acting and singing since the since the age of 12. He has been seen in many productions including West Side Story (Doc), Memorandum (Stroll), Carousel (Boscombe), and Hello Dolly! (Rudy). Brian looks forward to moving to NYC to pursue a career in acting and to win a Tony award. Favorite ice cream…three scoops of CCD (Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough top with hot caramel, whipped cream, cherry and rainbow jimmies.

Mallory Keith

Mallory Keith is thrilled to be working in a place that combines two things very near and dear to her heart: singing and ice cream. When she's not performing (or lounging on the beach), you can find her spending time her family back home in Altoona, PA, or in Pittsburgh, where she's a Musical Theatre major at Point Park University. Her all time favorite flavor is chocolate, but then she tasted the Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough…now the Doughboy is absolutely her favorite.

Back for a secord year Laurie is a native of Philadelphia and spends her days as a guidance counselor for the Philadelphia school district. She graduated from De Sales University with a Theatre major and minor in education and recently receiving her Masters degrees in counseling psychology. A great voice and engaging personality make her a wonderful part of The Music Man Sing Ice Cream Shoppe cast. She loves chocolate chip mint and marshmallow.

Liz, a former Ortley Beach native, is excited to be working on this fun yet challenging form of vaudeville. After graduating in 2001 from Earlham College, Liz moved to Brooklyn to pursue acting. In the past three years she has been busy working on a number of plays as well as on television and film. She loves Peanut Butter ice cream and is always willing to sing for a sundae.

Fran Prisco

Fran hails from Philadelphia where he has performed in many of the city’s theatres. Production’s include I Love You, You’re Prefect, Now Change!, My Way, Forever Plaid, Singin’ in the Rain, Damn Yankees, Violet, and the Stephen Sondheim musicals Passion, Into the Woods, Merrily We Roll Along, and Sunday In The Park With George. He has been a regular on the Philadelphia Cabaret scene and on heckuva waiter. His favorite ice cream is cookie dough and his favorite topping is caramel.

Ali Reed

Ali comes to us from Louisville, KY. She just completed her freshman year at Point Park University as A Musical Theatre major. Ali has been singing since she was six and graduated from the Youth Performing Arts High School as a vocal major. Ali is very excited to be spending her summer in Lavallette with the Music Man. When she's not at the beach or spending time with her friends, Ali loves a Doughboy Sundae.

Chelsea Cicci

A Lavallette summer resident Chelsea Cicci for years, Chelsea lives in Bloomfield, NJ. In the off-season she directs and instructs at Dance Power Studio in Secaucus. This fall she will be spending some of her time scaring you at Six Flags Great Adventure. She has performed in many New Jersey Theatres in numerous plays and musicals, among them, Guys and Dolls, Hello Dolly, Oklahoma, Damn Yankees and The Rockette Experience at Radio City. She brakes for Peanut Butter ice cream but dreams about homemade whipped cream.

Holly Cochrane

Holly a Cedar Knolls resident Holly D’Anne Cochrane is the sunshine of the The Music Man Sing Ice Cream Shoppe cast. Holly is working toward her bachelor’s degree in acting and musical theater from Marymount Manhattan College, where she performs in various plays, among them Meet Me in St. Louis and the Phantom of the Opera. She attended Whippany Park High School. Holly also studied at the French Woods Festival for Performing Arts for four summers. She performed in numerous plays at Whippany Park High School and the French Woods Festival of Performing Arts. Among those plays are The Sound of Music, Broadway Revue, Meet Me in St. Louis, and My Fair Lady. Trying ever ice cream flavor is a hobby of Holly’s, but Cherry Vanilla will always win her heart.

Rob Goldberg

Rob a Wayne resident recently joined the cast of The Music Man Ice Cream Shoppe in Lavallette. Currently working toward his bachelor’s degree from the University of Scranton, where he majors in secondary education and minors in theater. Goldberg has 12 years of musical theater experience including several community and high school companies, among them YM-YWHA of North Jersey and Clifton Theater Companies, where he had supporting roles in plays such as The Little Mermaid, Bye Bye Birdie and Oliver. He aspires to become a high school English teacher who runs a musical theater and drama department. Lactose intolerant Rob enjoys Orange Sorbet and cherries.

Carolyn Kimmel

Carolyn Kimmel, a native of Nanuet, New York is currently studying Musical Theatre at Wagner College on Staten Island. Her favorite performances include Les Miserables, Honk!, The Crucible, and Hamlet. She has been a member of a number of choirs, including the Youth Choir at the Papal Mass in Central Park. Carolyn’s favorite ice cream is vanilla with rainbow sprinkles.

Allison Martynovych

Allison received her bachelor’s degree in fine arts from Rider University, where she was a dancer, co-choreographer and performer in various plays and musicals, among them The Children of Fatima, The Laramie Project, and Epic Proportions. Allison was a member of the Alpha Psi Omega Theater Fraternity. A resident of South River, NJ, Allison is the recipient of a choir award from Rider University and she graduated cum laude. She received formal vocal, acting and dance training throughout her career. She is a huge fan of the waffles and vanilla ice cream, hot fudge, homemade whipped cream and a cherry.

Tracy Melón

Tracy will have soon completed her Bachelors degree in Accounting from Bryant College in Rhode Island. She has just signed on with an accounting firm in Providence, RI. Along with her love for numbers, she has a passionate love for the arts. She has been in shows such as: Anything Goes, A Funny Thing Happened on the way to the Forum, Annie, Steel Magnolias, and The Odd Couple. Although Tracy currently considers her home to be wherever she sleeps, she is from Southern CA, and spends all her summers on the gorgeous Jersey Shore. Her favorite sundae would have to be the Chattanooga Choo Choo and all of its chocolatey goodness.

I’ve gained so much confidence and so many skills here, along with learning tons more about myself as a performer and a person than I did in my five years of college. Becoming a part of the cast at The Music Man may or may not be right for you, but I will leave you with this: This place has become a second home to me, and my hope for you, should you decide to embark on the adventure that is working at The Music Man, is that you find a home here as well, and take pride in working, singing, playing, and laughing with the nicest kids in town!
