The Music Man is now accepting audition tapes for next summer season. Applicants must be able to work from Memorial Day through to Labor Day in 2013. The Music Man is a unique family-style ice cream Shoppe where the cast/waiters (guys and gals) sing, dance and improv with the audience. Located on the Jersey Shore in Lavallette. Housing is available one block from the beach. Paid position. Please submit picture, performance resume, and an audiocassette of 2 up-tempo Broadway style pieces (no ballads please). Audition Materials accepted on an ongoing basis for replacement positions and upcoming seasons and events.

Costume Character Position
Costume Characters auditions will be held as needed. Write to set up audition (casting@themusicman.com). People Skills and a strong work ethic are a must. Athletic ability, movement, and theater skills are a plus. Applicants must be at least 16 years of age to audition, be between 5′ 7″ and 6′ tall, and be able to wear full body character costumes. Housing is not available. Must live in the local area.
